SECURITY
Where there is no division.
We look, but we don’t see.
What we see is filtered through words and definitions shaped by those who came before us.
Belief systems, ideologies, all of them are downstream from language.
Without language, they wouldn’t exist. But we would, and we did.
We inherit words and fill our minds with thoughts, giving meaning to false fears. We imagine, invent, and subscribe to anything that might make us feel secure. Anything to help make sense of existence.
But none of that is truth.
Truth exists only in the silence of our minds. In observation without judgment, listening without thought. When we are in curiosity, in presence, we touch the true nature of reality.
Our insecurity craves conclusions. Our laziness prefers them. But real security is in understanding how we got here, how we work. It’s in unlearning what we must to find what ends our distress once and for all.
Every belief system points to this in its own way, but truth—reality—facts—are never dualistic. Every one of them draws lines in our minds, stopping us from seeing beyond.
True security isn’t in this or that. With opposition, you are never secure. It exists only in direct perception, where curiosity cures conflict through a commitment to understanding.
This understanding breeds love, compassion—without sides, without teams, without limits.
Here we are one. We are whole. Just as we are.
